The service revolves around understanding client needs, developing solutions, and iterating designs. Focused on collaboration, ideation, and creating tailored solutions that evolve as client needs are better understood. This service could be effective for clients who have specific challenges that require personalized solutions. Efficiencies are gained by engaging with the right design and engineering teams from the start. Celebrating the wins and learning from the losses is key.
Guidelines for Engagement: When an opportunity is identified, the Insights + Strategy team will consult for a product solution and will engage with the appropriate design and engineering teams. An open line of communication and collaborative thinking is anticipated between the Teknion rep, the dealer team, and the I+S team.
